3 small blackfish or seabass filets
2 plum tomatoes
3/4 red onion
8 cloves garlic
bunch of cilantro
1 red pepper
Juice the limes. Cut fish into 1/2 inch cubes. Put fish in lime juice(fully submerged). Dice jalepenos, tomatoes, onion, garlic, red pepper and cilantro. Cover fish with veggies. Put in fridge for atleast 2 hours. And the fish is cooked! Stir it up and Enjoy!
